Job Description:


We are looking for an Administrative Executive / Manager for our office in KSA - Riyadh, She/He will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative functions, She/He will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities and providing strategic support to the executive team, her/his main focus will be on managing office operations, coordinating schedules, and handling various administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all administrative functions, including office operations and supplies procurement.
  • Develop and implement efficient administrative systems, processes, and policies to enhance productivity and ensure effective operations.
  • Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating communication and information flow.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Monitor and Prepare the Monthly attendance, Allowances and assist the payroll team
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of expenses related to administrative activities.
  • Provide support for HRrelated tasks, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct research and gather information as needed to support decisionmaking and strategic planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 2 years in an administrative management role, preferably in the technology industry or a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus.
