We are looking for an HR Business Partner who provides expert-level HR support and consultative services to assigned business units. This position requires a deep understanding of the organization's operations, culture, and human capital needs t develop and implement effective HR solutions that align with business objectives and enhance employee engagement and productivity.

Duties/Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, providing guidance and recommendations on a range of HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify HR needs and develop tailored programs, policies, and practices to address those needs.
  • Oversee the delivery of core HR functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, within assigned business units.
  • Provide hands-on support and coaching to managers on HR best practices, employment laws, and organizational policies.
  • Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities, and make recommendations to improve HR service delivery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Stay abreast of HR best practices, legal and regulatory changes, and industry trends, and apply this knowledge to improve the organization's HR practices.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and education to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, contributing to the success of the HR function.
Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or in a similar HR role.
  • Demonstrated expertise in core HR functions, such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR technology and software to enhance service delivery.
  • Thorough knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to develop and implement practical HR solutions.
  • Adaptable and flexible in responding to changing business needs and priorities.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of
    applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
  • Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organization's
    hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative
    practices related to those factors.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
