We are expanding globally and to support our exponential growth, we're looking for a
Front Desk & Guest Experience.

The Front Desk Specialist will be directly responsible for achieving outstanding guest experience through greeting and assisting guests within the buildings.

This role will be an extension of our global guest experience team, taking ownership of issues and ensuring they are completed efficiently and in a timely manner.


At Stella Stays, you will:

Guest Experience

  • Greet & assist guests on site responding to our guests needs during the booking process, prestay, during their stay, and poststay
  • Be the face of Stella Stays, and make a memorable first impression on our guests, and all internal and external partners
  • Register guests through the relevant portals
  • Guide and support guests through the digital experience as needed, ensuring seamless check in/check out process


Hospitality Elevation
  • Guest Gifts, VIP Guests, Personalized Touches
  • Deliver a worldclass and personalized hospitality experience in our properties
  • Proactively respond to, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues in a timely and positive manner

Guest & Community Relations

  • Arrange and maintain community meetings
  • Build and maintain relationships with members of the community, key individuals, and other organizations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for neighboring businesses, institutions, and communities

Sales & Reservations:

  • Assisting in reservations as needed and addon sales by closing lead opportunities

Building Management:

  • Gain a full knowledge of buildings or units that fall within your responsibility
  • Proactively inspect units as required and deliver supplies to ensure a consistent guest experience
  • Ensure the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of both guestfacing and back of house working spaces including lobbies, and others common areas, as assigned
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with building staff and vendors

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Experience in hospitality
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends & holidays required
  • An excellent team player with a great attitude. You're organized, hard working, detail oriented, and energetic
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problemsolving, analytical, and time management skills
  • Comfortable making important decisions in a timely fashion
  • Not afraid of rolling up your sleeves
  • Comfortable working crossfunctionally to make the city successful
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team environment as well as independently
