ROLE SUMMARY


This person in this role is accountable for leading analytics and measurement in support of the growing roadmap of omnichannel capabilities across brands in Emerging Markets across Asia, Latin America, Africa, and Middle East.

This is a role within Business Analytics and Insights Emerging Market Global team, that will bring together the needs of omnichannel marketing to understand and engage our customers through measurement, activation, and personalization.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Role definition and key accountabilities include, but are not limited to:

Omnichannel Data Enablement- Drive the strategy and execution of data roadmap to enable omnichannel orchestration by integrating diverse internal and external data that support the build of customer journeys.- Oversee data quality management process across 20+ Emerging Markets to ensure timely, accurate and complete customer centric omnichannel data.- Identify, communicate, and resolve data issues for critical analytics and insights, working closely with Digital, Operations and in-country BAI teams.


Omnichannel Analytics and Reporting- Build analytic plans that heighten visibility of omnichannel opportunities that will increase the effectiveness and/or efficiency of the omnichannel experience.- Identify critical success factors on Pfizer EM's Go-to-market transformation journey and appropriate KPIs for measurement and partner with cross-functional teams to generate reports that communicate outcomes and recommendations.- Consults on the appropriate methodologies to measure effectiveness of customer engagement activities and ensures standardization and alignment where possible.


Advanced Analytics- Partner with Scaled Analytics and EM BAI Data Science teams to inform decisions on how to optimize campaign execution and impact, best leveraging internal next best action AI/ML capabilities and develop short and long-term measurement plans.- Partner with EM BAI colleagues to incorporate and prioritize data science insights into analytics plans and recommendations.

Can understand, translate, and distill the complex, technical findings of the data science team into commentary that facilitates effective decision making; can readily align interpersonal style with the individual needs of others- Collaborative: Manages projects with and through others; shares responsibility and credit; develops self and others through teamwork- Project Manager: Clearly articulates scope and deliverables of projects; breaks complex initiatives into detailed component parts and sequences actions appropriately; develops action plans and monitors progress independently; designs success criteria and uses them to track outcomes; drives implementation of recommendations when appropriate, engages with stakeholders throughout to ensure buy-inTechnical Skills- Fluent in English(written and spoken)- Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills- Strong conceptual and analytical thinking combined with the ability to effectively understand analytic needs and build effective solutions.- Experience with machine learning technology, such as: big data stack, Python, R, and visualization techniques Experience in understanding brand content, strategy, and tactics- Ability to effectively utilize dashboards and data products to derive insights.- Understands quantitative and qualitative research methodologies. Ability to partner with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Medical, Operations) to execute brand tactics.- Ability to connect, integrate and synthesize analysis and data into a meaningful 'so what' to drive concrete strategic recommendations for brand tactics.

Capable of describing relevant caveats in data or in a model and how they relate to business question.- Ability to be flexible, prioritize multiple demands and deal with ambiguity.


Experience- 3+ years' experience in business analytics or data science function, country strategy and/or strategic consulting- Hands-on data engineering with deep expertise in big data ecosystem for data integration, data storage, compute framework and analytics.- Analytic roles in healthcare and pharmaceuticals highly preferred, with Investment Banking & Finance desirable.


Education- Bachelor's degree required, ideally in quantitative discipline like engineering or data science; also advanced degree preferred in business administration, statistics, or other relevant field.
