Job Responsibilities &DutiesConception, implementation, and execution ofcustomer-specific integration projects based on the Denodo Platform.Education, coaching and support during the introduction aswell as ongoing projects of the Denodo Platform to achieve high levelof client satisfaction.Diagnose and resolve clientsinquiries related to operating Denodo software products in theirenvironment.Participate in problem escalation and callprevention projects to help clients and other technical specialistsincrease their efficiency when using Denodo products.Contribute to knowledge management activities and promote bestpractices for project execution.Implement product demosand pilots to showcase Data Virtualization in enterprise scenarios,cloud deployments and Big Data projects.Provide timely,prioritized and complete customer-based feedback to ProductManagement, Sales, Support and/or Development regarding client'sbusiness cases, requirements and issues.Desired Skills &ExperienceExperience Range: + yearsMust benative/flunet in Arabic and EnglishUniversity Degreerelating to information systems or computer science (Bachelor, Master,Diploma)Understanding of Data Integration flavorsSolid understanding of SQL and a good grasp of relational andanalytical database management theory and practice. Good knowledge ofsoftware development and architectural patterns.Technicalskills include Java development, JDBC, XML, Web Service related APIs,experience with version control systems (e.g. SVN, git).Basic experience in Big Data, NoSQL, and InMemory environments iswelcome.Experience in Windows & Linux (and UNIX)operating systems in server environments.Personal andRelationship qualities: Professional curiosity and the ability toenable yourself in new technologies and tasks. Active listener.Curiosity and continuous learning. Creativity.
