Job Description:

  • 3D Modeling of MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) services using Autodesk Revit.
  • Scan to Bim Modeling of MEP services.
  • Clash detection using Navisworks Manage.
  • Preparation of Schematic Diagram.
  • Preparation of schedules and sheet list.
  • Preparation of shop drawings and as built drawings.
  • Scanning using Leica BLK 360 scanner and registering of scanned files using Cyclone Register.
  • Capturing of Matter port Scan.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role as mep bim modeler
  • Must have gulf country work experience
  • Advanced skills in Revit software
  • Good experience in Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing services
