POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Lead with established connections in the Riyadh market to focus on lead generation and pipeline building. The Sales Lead will play a crucial role in identifying potential clients, understanding their business needs, and developing strategic plans to secure new projects. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of our portfolio of services and consulting offerings, exceptional skills in lead generation, and a strong track record in building a robust sales pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Market Planning and Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market plan to identify and target potential clients across various industries, particularly in the financial and telecom sectors.
  • Leverage existing contacts and networks to generate new business opportunities.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.
  • Demonstrate existing customer relationships and outline a clear plan for targeting these and new potential clients.

Lead Generation:

  • Identify and engage with prospective clients through existing networks and connections.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by continuously identifying and qualifying leads.
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their business challenges, goals, and IT requirements.

Client Engagement:

  • Conduct discovery meetings and requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and challenges.
  • Articulate the value of DWP Arabia's services and consulting offerings to potential clients.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to nurture relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.

Portfolio Expertise:

  • Gain and maintain an in-depth understanding of DWP Arabia's portfolio of services, including IT consulting, data management, data compliance, data center design, and professional network services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to effectively position our services.

Reporting and Planning:

  • Provide daily reports on lead generation activities, progress, and plans to the CEO.
  • Develop and maintain a clear plan outlining potential clients, target industries, and engagement strategies.
  • Track and report on key metrics related to lead generation and pipeline development.

Sales Target and Performance Monitoring:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and be responsible for meeting these targets, which will be a key metric for performance evaluation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in lead generation and sales within the IT services industry.
  • Proven track record in building and managing a successful sales pipeline.
  • Prior experience in developing and executing market plans and strategies.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Riyadh market and established connections within the industry.
  • Experience in selling services similar to those offered by DWP Arabia.
  • Strong understanding of IT consulting, data management systems, cloud technologies, and IT infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Language:

  • Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English is must.

Mobility:

  • Willingness to travel within KSA and surrounding areas as required.
