Working at NTT

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daytoday activities within the Network Operations Center (NOC).
  • Monitor network performance, identify potential issues, and ensure proactive resolution.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to address incidents, outages, and service disruptions promptly.
  • Implement and enforce incident management processes to streamline issue resolution.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to implement network changes and upgrades smoothly.
  • Act as a central point of contact for communication during critical incidents, ensuring timely updates to relevant stakeholders. Generate reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions for management review.

  • IT Background: A foundational understanding of IT systems and networks will be invaluable in comprehending and addressing operational challenges.
