Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in the Riyadh Region. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning and executing events. They will manage vendors and suppliers, liaise with guests and speakers, and oversee logistics and budgets for events.بشرط خبرة
- Meeting clients, fulfilling their wishes, and visiting the ceremony site
- Planning the ceremony location to suit the type of ceremony by making an illustration of the place where the ceremony will be held
- Striving to provide the highest quality services that reflect the name, location and reputation of the company.
- Supervising the implementation of all requirements for external parties, whether buffets or equipment, in coordination with the kitchen and party supervisors, and ensuring the implementation of all contract terms.
- Delivering operating orders to the workers with a comprehensive and detailed explanation of all the ceremony's requirements to the kitchen manager and the ceremony's implementers
- Submitting immediate reports to management in the event of any comments, problems, or complaints from customers.
- Purchasing and securing what is necessary to operate and develop external parties and attend local and external exhibitions in this regard.
- Being present at external parties, fully supervising them and distributing the work.
- Following up on external events, consolidating relationships with clients, and agreeing to cooperate with companies or individuals in implementing their external events and submitting reports on this to management.
- Develop longterm strategies for the needs of parties, events and conferences, and conduct a study of competitors in the field.
Requirement:
Good Computer Skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
Very Good English
Qualifications:
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate with vendors
- Detailoriented and organized
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Event Management, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
