Danone MENA is looking for a talented Hospital & Healthcare Nutrition Field Manager - Adult & Metabolic to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia like you


In the context of Specialized Nutrition Mena, you will be responsible to drive and contribute to SN brand market share in the assigned area, build productive scientific-based HCP relationships, taking responsibility for HCP satisfaction and loyalty by meeting their health care nutrition needs.

Monitors and revises action and plans continually to optimize short
- and long-term results. Making decisions that support the organization's strategy and mission. Works cooperatively across boundaries and the matrix to achieve results; builds and maintains trust, promotes inclusion, and respects others; and aligns individual and team objectives to deliver company strategy.


The Job scope is mainly designed to serve the Danone Specialized Nutrition business in Saudi by driving the Adult & Metabolic categories mostly in the governmental sector and expanding the private footprint, by leading a team of Healthcare Nutrition Specialists in both therapeutic Areas.

Being the Hospital Manager of Danone SN - Saudi means that you will represent the Danone full portfolio in the National Unified Procurement Company, tracking the governmental sector performance across all categories in KSA, making sure that the governmental sales process is running smoothly, and managing the private hospital engagement by leading a team of Hospital Coordinators, and in direct collaboration with a team of HN Field Managers across the kingdom.

About you

The Job scope is mainly designed to serve the Danone Specialized Nutrition business in Saudi by driving the Adult & Metabolic categories mostly in the governmental sector and expanding the private footprint, by leading a team of Healthcare Nutrition Specialists in both therapeutic Areas.

Being the Hospital Manager of Danone SN - Saudi means that you will represent the Danone full portfolio in the National Unified Procurement Company, tracking the governmental sector performance across all categories in KSA, making sure that the governmental sales process is running smoothly, and managing the private hospital engagement by leading a team of Hospital Coordinators, and in direct collaboration with a team of HN Field Managers across the kingdom.


Hospital Management responsibilities:

  • Tender Management:
Responsible for the Tender management process to make sure that Danone Specialized Nutrition is fully aware of the recent trends, dynamics, requirements, updates and making sure that the Saudi management team is well informed before the tendering process

Mapping cross-functionally with the Market Access team and other stakeholders to ensure that the field teams are well informed and moving in one direction during the tendering process

Act as Danone SN's single point of contact in the National Unified Procurement Company's various departments on a day-to-day basis for the Danone's full range of products and services to ensure the patients are properly served through the dedicated offering of solutions

Making sure that opportunities and risks are flagged ahead of time to the country Head and the field teams

Act in full compliance with Danone policies and guidelines

  • Governmental Hospitals' Performance Tracking:
Making sure of the availability of Danone's products in the governmental sector hospitals

Highlighting opportunities and flagging risks to the field team

Creating a monthly dashboard to the Country head and the management team with the status of Danone's portfolio

  • Governmental Sales Coordination:
Ensuring proper forecasting for all Danone's SN categories in the governmental sector in collaboration with the rest of Field Managers in line with the Danone's SOPs

Collaborating with Danone's distributor in Saudi to ensure a smooth sales process

  • Private Hospital Engagement Management:
Responsible for private hospitals' Agreements

Preparing any required dashboards

Healthcare Nutrition Field Manager responsibilities:

  • Deliver sales objectives within his/her district and throughout each territory.
  • Promote and follow company strategic priorities, polices, regulations, and management rules/codes in his/her overall practices and day to day activities.
  • Ensure efficient allocation of the available resources to execute the agreed territory action plans accurately.
  • Plan for his/her territory and take all required action on time to ensure accurate customer engagement.
  • Continuously review his/her team level of knowledge; product, competitors, selling skills, administrative duties, and company policies. This is accomplished through day to day interaction and team meetings.
  • Set a mentor plan based on a comprehensive review of his/her Medical Reps proficiencies and learning abilities and lead his/her time to ensure their development through ontheJob mentor sessions
