Domestic & Regional Marketing Director

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote STA's products and services regionally and locally by developing and executing marketing campaigns, working with cross-functional teams, and managing budgets. In addition to ensuring brand consistency, developing marketing materials, and measuring the success of campaigns.

You will be responsible for

Contributing to the design and implementation of the department's strategy and roadmap by providing function-specific inputs

Establishing and implementing the section's operational plans in support of the department's overall strategic plan and KPIs.

Preparing the department's annual budget and participate in the department's budgeting cycle and process

Utilizing and managing the department's budget effectively, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered

Investigating and proposing implementing strategies that result in positive financial impact for STA and mitigate financial and operational risks

Supporting in developing comprehensive end to end domestic/regional marketing strategies to enable the successful implementation of plans and campaigns and to achieve specified objectives

Leading the creation of marketing execution toolkits to assist relevant BUs in creating campaigns and ensuring compliance with the established standards and brand guidelines

Delivering marketing overview and periodic reports and offer input and insights to allow for efficient and knowledgeable marketing campaign decision-making

Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across STA

Developing and managing marketing budgets for all relevant regions

Developing and implementing domestic/regional marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement, and manage events and sponsorships

Measuring the success of domestic/regional marketing campaigns and provide regular reports to management

Proposing improvements to the department's policies, and ensure the implementation of procedures and controls across all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results

Monitoring day-to-day activities to ensure compliance with stipulated policies and procedures

Stimulating subordinates and contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes taking into account leading practices, changes in business environment, cost reduction and productivity improvement

Managing, guiding and assisting direct reports to perform their functional operations in accordance with set policies and procedures

Participating in identifying and recruiting key talent for the department

Promoting a high-performance working environment embracing STA's values

Building and maintaining solid relations with externals stakeholders such as governmental entities and consultants to serve STA's best interest

Providing assistance across the organization and support peers when needed to perform their duties

Approving reports and presentations related to the department's activities and achievements for reporting and decision-making

Performing other activities as and when required

You will need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent is required.

Master's degree in marketing or equivalent is preferred.

At least 10 years in Marketing or other relevant fields
