Job Summary
  • Create and maintain new products, services and project schedules by developing project plans and specifications, time requirements estimation, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely feedback and support.
  • Attend BU requirement kick off meetings.
  • Ensures projects are delivered to BU in line with their requirements in a structured, well communicated and timely manner, abiding to the quality and budget parameters.
  • Create and use key metrics for driving the testing process and making alterations to plans where appropriate.
  • Responsible for product launch checklist and hand over to commercial units.
  • Creation of high quality RSD (Requirement Specification Document) and get sign off from business and acceptance from IT.
  • Ensures projects are delivered to BU in line with their requirements in a structured, well communicated and timely manner, abiding to the quality and budget parameters.
  • Coordinate and follow up on regular basis with all projects team till closure of project/CR.
  • Lead the implementation of project until its RFS.
  • Document user requirements specification including product requirements, use cases, tractability matrix, business workflow, business rules, constraints and dependencies.
  • Track, investigate and resolve issues reported by business users and application support teams.
  • Carry out analyses either proactively or in response to user requests.
  • Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables (RSD, SBP, UAT Sign off from all stakeholders)
  • constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Understand existing products and services offered in Mobily with high level architecture.
  • Review and challenge the solution blueprint provided by IT/ Network/ 3rd parties towards delivering the most flexibly & configurable solution to BU.
  • Challenging the business requirements based on valid business and technical reasons.
  • Addressing GAPS in business requirements.
  • Mapping business requirements to realistic technical operating capabilities.
  • Identify initial impacted technology systems.
  • Perform any other activities assigned by direct line manager.
Skills
  • Fluent in English & Arabic (spoken & written).
  • Computer Literate, excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to build good relationships and trust with stakeholders (business or internal)
  • High quality documentation and writing skills.
  • Has a positive attitude, ability to meet targets within PDP SLA.
  • Innovative and proactive.
  • Organized, multitasking and excellent time management skills.
  • Experience with telecom and ICT products
  • Ability to challenge requirements and provide solutions that would better serve the business.
EducationComputer Science / Information Technology Engineering or equivalent from an accredited university.
