The Job in a Nutshell ????

We are seeking a Saudi with experience in responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. They are the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Customer Care Specialist acts as a brand ambassador, upholding the company's values and commitment to customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do

Interact with customers via the various available communication tools to provide support and information on an assigned product or service.

Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers' problems and concerns. Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.

Use knowledge of a specific product, service, or other assigned area of expertise to answer inquiries or to forward to the appropriate team member and/or concerned department.

Escalate immediately serious complaints or issues not equipped to deal with Liaise with colleagues or managers to find the best solutions to customers' issues.

Identify common problems and escalate them to management, along with possible suggestions for improvement, wherever possible.

Maintain a polite, helpful, and professional manner at all times Obtain and share customer feedback with colleagues and other departments so that products and services can be improved Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, policies, and procedures.

Respect customer confidentiality at all times

What Are We Looking For

Saudi nationality.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing & Communication or equivalent field of studies 1-2 years of customer service or call center experience.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Flexible schedule to accommodate extended customer service hours, if necessary.
