Customer Care Consultant

You will serve as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and detailed information about our products and services to customers.
- Assist customers with resolving any issues or concerns.
- Handle customer complaints and escalations, working closely with other departments to find appropriate solutions.
- Maintain customer records and update information in the company database.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and suggest process improvements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities to resolve customer issues.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to ensure accurate recordkeeping.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Proficient in using customer service software and CRM systems.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues from different departments.
