About this opportunity :


Implementation Management function is needed to manage the implementation services internally, effectively, and efficiently while also supporting Commercial engagements with technical advice.

The Implementation manager should have a hybrid mentality when delivering the project.

What you will do:

  • Act as Project Manager and interface with the customer when needed if CPM is not available.
  • Define the scope of implementation and build a detailed time plan in agreement with Vendor Management, Customer and Project Manager Manage quality assurance within the implementation rollout
  • Ensuring EHS is followed strictly
  • Follow up all dependencies for integration (Backhaul, CDD, RF Design etc.)
  • Issue log to be maintained
  • Managing the integration activities with all stakeholders
  • Arrange with the optimization team for drive/walk test and acceptance
  • Manage Pre-PAT activity and comments clearance
  • Manage site handover, PAT, and Oil clearance with all stakeholders
  • Contributing to closing the projects with the customer project manager

You will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in (electrical / communication/ computer) / engineering
  • PMP is a plus
  • Knows how to communicate well in English and Arabic
  • Minimum 6 to 12 years' experience on RAN network implementation
  • Domainexperience: RAN (Radio Access Network), TRM(Transmission), RAN-Core nodes(BSC-RNC), IPRAN, OSA servers
  • Problem solving and decisionmaking abilities to cope up with implementation issues
  • Following processes, procedures, and instructions
- knowledgeable in the work area of responsibility

  • Should have experience in customer relations and great technical skills
  • Awareness of all EHS statutory requirements
