This is an on-site job in our office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The role


As a Technical Pre-sales Engineer, your work focuses on supporting sales representatives and partner executives by answering technical questions prospects might have.

You confidently share product or service information with outside prospects to make sure sales people and reselling partners sell SettleMint solutions.


You will become a product expert and discuss with technical teams to remove the entry barrier and shorten the sale cycle.

You are the technical guru supporting sales teams.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing customer needs and matching customer requirements with SettleMint solutions
  • Support Integrating Partners by answering their technical questions on platform capabilities
  • Support integrating partners to answer RFI and RFQ
  • Reporting feedback and requested product features to the Product team.
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research analysis
  • Attending international events and conferences

What we are looking for

  • Deep Knowledge of blockchain technologies at least 3 years of experience in blockchain sector
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 35 years of experience in technical presales for enterprise accounts
  • Experience with blockchain solutions and ideally on lowcode platforms
  • Ability to exchange with multiple departments (sales, developers, product etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal competencies
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Excellent time management
