REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Standard 10 / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • Prior experience in a similar role or familiarity with Amrod or a similar work environment is beneficial.
  • Above-average verbal and written English communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal communication via phone and email.
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with Amtrack is a plus.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OVERVIEW

  • Promptly and effectively resolve customer inquiries through collaboration with relevant departments to address all issues comprehensively from initiation to resolution, covering all administrative tasks, branding requirements, deliveries, production coordination, accurate reporting, etc.
  • Investigate client concerns and identify the root causes of problems.
  • Make informed decisions on arising issues and provide viable solutions to clients while considering company costs.
  • Notify appropriate departments of all issues for tracking purposes.
  • Manage courier quotations, bookings, and delivery confirmations.
  • Handle challenging situations with clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Meet with clients at the showroom to address customer service matters.
  • Ensure client satisfaction by following up on issue resolutions.
  • Educate clients on the operation of Amrod and best practices for collaboration.
  • Collaborate with various departments to meet client expectations.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations consistently.
  • Provide support to other roles and departments as needed.
  • Maintain and enhance cleanliness and hygiene standards in the department.
