Job Description:

Parsons is in search of a highly skilled Government Service Assistant to join their team In this role, you will be reporting to the Sr Government Relation Manager and taking part in managing effective Government & PR activities to engage with Governmental and Public Relation offices.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Managing employees' records.
  • Assisting with onboarding, orientation, and evaluation of new employees.
  • Preparing and processing employees' contracts and related documentation.
  • Reviewing employees' vacation and absence requests to ensure compliance with approved schedules.
  • Filing and archiving employees' documents.
  • Preparing and updating various human resource trackers and reports such as mobilization, demobilization, emergency contact lists, and directories.
  • Assisting employees with their daily inquiries.
  • Performing any other duties assigned by supervisors or managers.
  • Jobs associated with the database.
  • Maintaining effective Government & PR activities to meet company goals including registrations, visas, work permits, Iqama issuance and renewals, and obtaining various employee certificates.
  • Establishing and maintaining strong connections with Government departments/agencies as well as key local managers in Saudi Arabia.
  • Renewing employees' Iqama, resident permits, exit entry visas, and updating details at the Immigration Department.
  • Issuing employees' security badges in coordination with the Royal Commission Industrial Security Department.
  • Assisting employees with obtaining driving licenses and registering in the National address site.
  • Managing all post office-related tasks.
  • Assisting with family visit visas, new family member resident permits, insurance enrollment, degrees' attestation, and more.
  • Managing all PR activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Obtaining permits and permissions from various Government departments and agencies.
  • Any other tasks related to human resources.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • A Bachelor's or diploma degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of KSA labor law.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English languages.
  • Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
