Position Summary

Jubail stands as a testament to our capabilities—a monumental city project in Saudi Arabia that we have managed since the mid-1970s. As the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) managers, we oversee various construction works across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

SUMMARY

Manage and administer complex contracts, providing insights on financial, legal, and technical aspects to facilitate smooth project progress. Negotiate contract changes and amendments to ensure favorable outcomes.

EFFECTIVE JOB DUTIES

  • Implement and uphold the Division Responsibilities Matrix for efficient contract management.
  • Administer contracts, monitor progress, and address potential challenges promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members on contract-related activities and issues.
  • Negotiate contract changes and settlements with stakeholders.
  • Represent the company in complex contractual discussions.
  • Facilitate understanding of contract terms and conditions through information programs.
  • Generate regular status reports for management.

JOB KNOWLEDGE

  • Expertise in contracting regulations, policies, and practices.
  • Specialized training in pricing, contract law, negotiations, and accounting.
  • Ability to devise solutions for contractual challenges.
  • Strong communication skills and familiarity with project operations and company policies.
  • Proficient in managing large, intricate contracts and resolving claims.
Qualifications and Skills

Essential Technical

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of post-award contract administration experience.
  • Experience in various contract types and industries.
  • Knowledge of law, negotiations, and cost engineering.

  • Strong business writing skills.
  • Excellent organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Adaptability to diverse environments.
  • Ability to represent the department effectively in cross-functional meetings.

Additional Qualifications

Preferred Technical

  • Advanced degree in business, law, or quantity surveying.
  • Familiarity with KSA government procurement law.
  • Experience in contract formation and claims.
  • Capability to draft and revise contract terms and conditions.
  • International project experience.
  • Prior engagement with integrated projects.
