JOB PURPOSE

Join as a part of the team responsible for inbound or outbound policy sales through leads and campaigns. Start building the foundation of customer relationships and achieving different KPIs. Engage with customers, analyze their needs, and suggest appropriate solutions. It's important to have a solid understanding of the products, market trends, and focus on elevating the brand's presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Relationships Development

  • Contact allocated customers via phone to establish new connections or as the initial touchpoint.

Customer Needs Clarification

  • Set clear goals for each sales interaction, present information effectively, and address customer queries adequately by asking targeted questions.

Sell Customer Propositions

  • Identify the most suitable products or services for customers, provide insights into their benefits within the standard procedures, and influence customers to make purchases based on their needs.

Operational Compliance

  • Understand and follow organizational policies, regulatory guidelines, and codes of conduct in daily tasks to maintain quality standards.

Customer Relationship Management CRM Data

  • Record customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to plan follow-ups and ensure the availability of quality data for effective customer engagement activities.

Performance Management

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet quality and time requirements, utilize performance systems to enhance personal efficiency as per SLAs.

Personal Capability Building

  • Stay updated on internal policies, external regulations through online training, and engage in formal assessments to track knowledge growth.

Sales Opportunities Creation

  • Identify potential leads by gathering referrals and recommendations from existing customers.

EDUCATION

General Education

  • Minimum qualification of Matric / Grade 12 or SAQA Accredited Equivalent required
  • Regulatory Exam 5 certification is a plus

EXPERIENCE

General Experience

  • At least 1 year of experience in telephonic sales is essential

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
