Responsibilities:

  • Expand the presence of Flash products across various Sales Channels under the sales team
  • Boost sales of Flash devices in the market to drive region turnover growth. Enhance turnover of all devices and payment channels as per departmental strategy and targets.
  • Grow customer base and turnover by ensuring high adoption rates of Flash devices
  • Conduct training sessions on all Flash products during store visits
  • Oversee and optimize the sim card business by managing Flash sim stock placement
  • Build and nurture relationships, striving for a 90% completion rate on scheduled calls to minimize customer turnover
  • Provide assistance to Kiosk operations as per agreed structures. Foster strong relationships with all Kiosk Stakeholders in the region
  • Maintain an accurate Trader database through mapping and geolocation

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of sales or field operation experience
  • Completion of Grade 12
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Advanced computer skills, including Teams and Excel
  • Valid driver's license
