Assistant Operations Manager

We are looking for an Assistant Operations Manager to join our team, oversee daily operational processes, enhance service quality, and ensure optimal efficiency and tenant satisfaction.
Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing daily operational activities efficiently while ensuring seamless coordination between different operational teams, including tenant relations, maintenance, and cleaning. This role involves improving operational workflows, developing performance-enhancement strategies, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations.
The role requires strong leadership, analytical, and operational skills to deliver integrated operational services that enhance the experience of tenants and property owners while improving overall efficiency within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow according to company standards.
- Supervise operational teams (tenant relations, maintenance, cleaning, financial collection) and ensure operational goals are met.
- Analyze operational data and generate periodic reports to provide recommendations for efficiency enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with operational contracts, regulations, and internal policies while continuously improving performance.
- Enhance tenant and customer experience by developing faster response mechanisms for maintenance, cleaning, and service requests.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify opportunities for improvement and enhance overall performance.
- Coordinate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and customer service to align operations with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize operational processes, ensuring continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Manage emergency operational plans to ensure swift responses to unforeseen challenges in daily operations.
- Improve supply chain operations and coordinate with vendors and partners to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in operations management, property management, facilities management, or hospitality.
- Strong ability to analyze operational data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage operational teams and achieve targets.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) or digital operational platforms.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills for problem-solving and dealing with vendors and property owners.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Solid understanding of key operational performance metrics (KPIs) and best practices in property management.
