We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a proven track record in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and driving revenue growth. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to close deals while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, markets, and potential clients through research, networking, and sales activities.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement business development strategies to drive revenue and achieve growth targets.
  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Sales Negotiation & Closing: Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing, ensuring deals are signed and relationships are nurtured.
  5. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of client projects and to meet client needs.
  6. Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report on sales performance, including progress against targets, potential opportunities, and pipeline development.
  7. Market Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts to adjust strategies accordingly.
  8. Presentations & Proposals: Create and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  9. Networking: Attend industry events and networking functions to expand the company's presence and client base.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field, with a focus on B2B sales.
  2. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  5. Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  7. Strong analytical skills and ability to identify market trends.
  8. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
