Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

We are a leading pharmaceutical company based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, focused on delivering innovative healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of our organization, driving revenue growth, and maximizing market penetration.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies:
    1. Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
    2. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company's customer base.
    3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  2. Manage the sales team:
    1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
    2. Set clear sales targets, monitor progress, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
    3. Foster a high-performance sales culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  3. Develop and maintain key customer relationships:
    1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
    2. Identify customer needs, provide product information, and address any concerns or queries.
    3. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis:
    1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and potential threats.
    2. Analyze market data, customer insights, and sales metrics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.
    3. Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Drive promotional activities and campaigns:
    1. Plan and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
    2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
    3. Utilize digital marketing tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales and marketing, with a minimum of [X] years in a managerial role.
  3. In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including market dynamics, regulations, and healthcare practices in Saudi Arabia.
  4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a sales team.
