Role Overview
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will develop and manage end-to-end lead generation campaigns tailored to B2B clients, leveraging a combination of digital channels, content strategies, and marketing automation tools. You will focus on creating and executing strategies that attract, engage, and convert prospects, ensuring they progress through the funnel efficiently. This is a performance-driven role requiring creativity, data analysis, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management:
- Develop and execute lead generation strategies that align with the client's business objectives.
- Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel campaigns using email marketing, digital ads, social media, and content marketing.
- Design A/B tests for subject lines, visuals, calls-to-action, and workflows to improve performance metrics.
- Collaborate with content creators to develop resources such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, and landing pages.
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized and tailored for target audiences.
- Build and manage lead nurturing workflows using platforms such as HubSpot or Marketo.
- Segment and personalize email campaigns to drive conversions at various stages of the buyer's journey.
- Implement retargeting strategies to re-engage and move leads further down the funnel.
- Monitor, track, and report on campaign KPIs, including traffic, MQLs, SQLs, and conversion rates.
- Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through data analysis to inform campaign improvements.
- Present performance insights to clients and stakeholders, recommending actionable solutions.
- Work closely with the client's marketing and sales teams to align lead-gen activities with broader business goals.
- Support sales enablement by providing insights, tools, and materials to facilitate lead conversion.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure campaign visuals meet brand and campaign goals.
- Experience: Proven track record in lead generation and B2B marketing, preferably within the technology, design, or consulting sectors. 3-5 years of experience in managing inbound marketing campaigns and workflows.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, or similar). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Familiarity with CRM platforms and closed-loop reporting. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics. Creative thinker who can develop compelling campaign ideas. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
