JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our global sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with international clients, and ensuring the successful export of our products to various international markets. This position is crucial for increasing the company's market presence and driving revenue growth.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop the export sales product to meet company objectives.
  2. Develop a new sales strategy to acquire potential international markets.
  3. Develop and establish a strong network with agents and clients in the global market.
  4. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
  5. Monitor and analyze competitor activities and develop strategies to meet targets.
  6. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export documentation, and customs procedures.
  7. Prepare sales forecasts and update daily activities through CRM.
  8. Prepare and present commercial proposals.
  9. Work closely with the operations team to ensure service level and customer satisfaction.
  10. Develop a strong customer base including small, medium, and large-scale companies.
  11. Develop relationships with airlines.
  12. Analyze data to find the most efficient sales methods.
  13. Meet with customers to address concerns and provide solutions.
  14. Discover sales opportunities through consumer research.
  15. Present products and services to prospective customers.
  16. Participate in industry or promotional events to cultivate customer relationships.
  17. Assess sales performance according to KPIs.
  18. Monitor competition within the assigned region.
  19. Prepare and submit reports to the Regional Sales Manager and update CRM on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business management, international relations, or a relevant field.
  2. Experience in market research and CRM software.
  3. Good skills in export and international trade.
  4. At least 5 years of working experience with airlines.
  5. Experience in export and import sales for more than 5 years.
  6. Knowledge of international trading and regulations.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  8. Problem-solving aptitude.
