About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Artist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics and 2D static visuals that effectively promote our mobile games across various platforms. Your expertise in motion design, animation, graphic design, and AI-generated art will be instrumental in driving our marketing campaigns and enhancing our brand presence.

What you will do:

  • Content creation and management: Develop high-quality motion graphics and video editing for user acquisition campaigns, app store assets, social media content, and other marketing materials.

  • AI integration: Utilize AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content, enhancing the efficiency and creativity of marketing assets.

  • Concept development: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute innovative visual content that aligns with our brand and marketing objectives.

  • Project management: Lead projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery of assets that meet quality standards and campaign goals.

  • Tool proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as After Effects, Blender or Cinema 4D, and Adobe Photoshop to create and refine visual content.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including game developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing visuals.

What you will need:

  • Experience: A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role within the gaming or entertainment industry.

  • Portfolio: An excellent video reel demonstrating a wide range of motion design work and animation skills.

  • Technical skills: Proficiency in After Effects, Blender or Cinema 4D, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • AI proficiency: Experience with AI-generated art tools to create consistent and innovative visual content.

  • Design skills: Strong graphic design abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.

  • Project leadership: Proven ability to drive ideas from conception to completion, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

Bonus Points:

  • 3D Modeling and illustration: Additional knowledge in 3D modeling and/or illustration.

  • Unity engine: Experience with Unity Engine for creating high-quality visuals.

  • Character animation and VFX: Skills in character animation, visual effects, and particle simulations.
