Job Overview:
The traffic lead is responsible for ensuring that marketing projects flow efficiently through various stages of production, from initiation to completion. They act as a central hub, coordinating between different teams (such as design, copywriting, digital, and external vendors) to ensure deadlines are met, resources are allocated effectively, and deliverables are on track. Their role is crucial in maintaining organization and avoiding bottlenecks in the marketing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assign tasks to the appropriate team members or departments, ensuring everyone understands their roles and deadlines.
- Workflow Management: Oversee & track the progress of multiple marketing projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality work.
- Scheduling: Create timelines, set deadlines, and monitor adherence to project schedules.
- Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between teams, ensuring clear communication and addressing any issues or changes.
- Resource Allocation: Manage the availability of resources (staff, tools, budget) to meet project demands.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all deliverables meet the brand's standards and are aligned with the campaign objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Address workflow obstacles, reassign tasks, and adjust timelines when unexpected challenges arise.
- Product Understanding: Stay informed on PT services, pricing structures, and customer insights to guide creative outputs.
- Creative & Trend Direction: Find social media trends to enhance campaign relevance and engagement and lead the creative team.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with other team leads and relevant stakeholders to ensure optimal performance to align on the social media calendar, campaign objectives, branding, etc. Align with stakeholders for certain campaigns like competitions, questions, etc (sales, operations, support, etc.).
- Reviewing Marketing Collateral: Review marketing material (example: spell check, design check) and make sure they align with Abwaab's branding guidelines.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com).
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
- Fluent in Arabic.
