The Role

المسؤوليات التشغيلية

  • مسؤول عن الإدارة الشاملة للمتجر والارتقاء بكافة العناصر الأساسية.
  • المسؤولية التامة عن المبالغ المحصلة من المتجر وإيداعها في حساب البنكي لشركة.
  • المسئوليه التامه عن المبالغ المستلمة من قبل الاداره وهي مبالغ للنثريات والاسترجاع والحفاظ عليها.
  • يخطط جدول العمل الأسبوعي ويخصص المهام اليومية.
  • يعقد اجتماعات يومية قصيرة مع الموظفين بأداء أدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم.
  • يقوم بتدريب وإشراف الموظفين الجدد وتقييم مدى استيعابهم للمعلومات. يقدم ملاحظات بناءة للإدارة حول فرص التحسين المستمر.
  • يحافظ على المخزون بعدد كامل لتقليل حالات نفاد البضائع ويقوم بعمل جرد شهري ويجب مطابقة الجرد الشهري للنظام أو السستم بالشركة.
  • يضمن عرض المنتجات وفقًا لإرشادات العلامة التجارية.
  • يضمن عمل نقاط البيع والمعدات الأخرى بشكل صحيح.
  • يتعاون مع فريق مسؤولين العرض والتسويق والمالية.
  • يضمن مستويات عالية من رضا العملاء من خلال الخدمة الممتازة.
  • يعالج شكاوى العملاء بشكل استباقي.
  • يضمن النمو وزيادة معدل الحوالات والعمليات باستمرار.
  • اكتساب معرفة عميقة بمنتجات العلامات التجارية والنظارات ومعرفة جيدة بالعلامات التجارية المنافسة.
  • القدوة الحسنة وتعكس قيم العلامة التجارية والنزاهة والانضباط.
  • الالتزام بالمعايير التشغيلية وسياسات الشركة.
  • انخفاض نسبة خسارة المخزون عن طريق انخفاض الخسارة.
  • ترتيب وتنسيق المعرض وجعله جاهزا للعملاء في كل الأوقات واتباع تعليمات مدير المنطقة أو المدير المباشر بكل ما يخص العمل وتوجيهاته

المسؤوليات التجارية
  • تحقيق أهداف مبيعات الإيرادات الشهرية / السنوية.
  • مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المخصصة.
  • تحقيق هدف التصنيف وفقًا لمقياس صافي الترشيح (NPS) لتقييم مدى ولاء العملاء.
  • تحسين التكاليف التشغيلية للمتجر.
  • مراقبة انكماش المخزون والسيطرة عليه.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the overall management of the store and the upgrading of all essential elements.
  • Full responsibility for the amounts collected from the store and depositing them in the bank account of the company.
  • Full responsibility for the amounts received by the administration, which are amounts for petty cash, recovery and preservation.
  • Plans the weekly work schedule and allocates daily tasks.
  • Holds short daily meetings with employees performing their roles and responsibilities.
  • Trains and supervises new employees and assesses their absorption of information. Provides constructive feedback to management about opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintains inventory in full number to reduce cases of depletion of goods and makes a monthly inventory and the monthly inventory must be matched to the system of the company.
  • Ensures that products are displayed in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Ensures that POS and other equipment work properly.
  • Collaborates with the team of display, marketing and finance officials.
  • Ensures high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Handles customer complaints proactively.
  • Ensures growth and continuous increase in the rate of remittances and operations.
  • Gains deep knowledge of brands, eyewear products and good knowledge of competing brands.
  • Leads by example and reflects the values of branding, integrity and discipline.
  • Compliance with operational standards and company policies.
  • Decreases the percentage of loss of inventory by decrease loss.
  • Arranges and coordinates the exhibition and makes it ready for customers at all times and follows the instructions of the area manager or the direct manager in everything related to work and his directives.

Business Responsibilities
  • Achieves monthly/yearly revenue sales targets.
  • Custom KPIs.
  • Achieves the Net Filtration Rating (NPS) rating objective to assess customer loyalty.
  • Optimizes the operational costs of the store.
  • Monitors and controls inventory shrinkage.

Workplace Health and Safety
  • Ensures that the entire store/pantry floor is sanitized and cleaned after 24 hours.
  • Monitors workplace health risks and safety.
  • Ensures that all employees are fully aware of how to minimize or avoid hazards and safety in the workplace.
  • Ensures that all employees are well trained in the fire process and fighting.
  • Ensures that the fire extinguisher is regularly maintained by the authorized seller.
  • Ensures that emergency contact details are available in the store.
