Job Overview

We are looking for an Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Basamh Group. The Employee Relations Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring effective communication between management and employees.

Key Responsibilities

As a successful candidate, you will:

  1. Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
  2. Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disputes, facilitating resolutions.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  4. Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  5. Provide training/awareness and support to managers on employee relations best practices.
  6. Analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify areas for improvement.
  7. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees across all levels of the organization.
  8. Create and manage employee communication plans to ensure transparency and clarity.
  9. Monitor workplace culture and recommend initiatives to promote diversity and inclusion.
  10. Prepare reports on employee relations metrics to inform leadership and guide decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

As a successful candidate, you will have:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in employee relations or human resources roles.
  3. Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  5. Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to mediate conflicts effectively.
  7. Experience in a consumer goods or related industry is preferred.
