">We are seeking an Employee Relations Manager to join our team at Basamh Group. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing and implementing employee relations strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
The Employee Relations Manager will be responsible for acting as a point of contact for employee grievances and disputes, facilitating resolutions, and conducting investigations into employee complaints. In addition, they will collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization. They will provide training and support to managers on employee relations best practices and analyze employee feedback and engagement survey results to identify areas for improvement.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Develop and implement employee relations strategies and initiatives that align with company goals.
- Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and disputes, facilitating resolutions.
