About Noon
Noon is the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, Noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The Noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick commerce, fintech, and fashion. Noon is a work in progress; we're seven years in, but only 5% done.

Role Overview:
The Account Manager, Fashion Marketplace will be responsible for managing key retail and brand partnerships within the fashion category. This individual will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive sales growth, optimize product assortment, and execute strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for fashion, account management experience, and the ability to develop and maintain lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Relationship Building:
- Manage and nurture relationships with key fashion brands, retailers, and e-commerce sellers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring seamless communication and long-term collaboration.
- Work with partners to drive sales by optimizing product placement, pricing, and promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities to expand brand presence within the Noon marketplace.
Product Assortment & Inventory Management:
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper inventory levels and alignment with fashion trends.
- Support product launches, seasonal promotions, and special campaigns.
Marketing & Promotional Support:
- Work with marketing teams to develop category-specific promotions and activations.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and brand messaging align with Noon's guidelines.
Market Insights & Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences within the fashion industry.
- Provide actionable insights through regular performance tracking and reporting.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms for pricing, promotions, and brand collaborations.
- Work with legal and finance teams to finalize contracts and agreements.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner up with internal teams to align on strategic initiatives and ensure smooth execution.
- Communicate key insights and account needs to optimize category performance.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Work experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and driving sales growth.
- Strong understanding of fashion trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
