Amazon Marketplace Team Lead Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and ambitious individual to join our Amazon Marketplace team as a Team Lead for Selling Partner recruitment and management. This role will be responsible for leading a team of account managers who work directly with Selling Partners and on projects to improve new seller recruiting overall.
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional experience in a complex and dynamic environment, preferably in e-commerce, top-management consulting, technology, FMCG, or retail. They will be able to manage a team to deliver results against ambitious goals, define plans and see them through to tangible results, and solve complex problems using structured thinking and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities- Team Management: Lead a team of account managers to deliver on financial goals for Selling Partner recruitment, sales, and perfect launch in the Marketplace business.
- Solution Development: Identify opportunities to improve the Marketplace business for all Selling Partners through scalable solutions and manage the roll-out of these solutions, including solving blockers and issues escalated by the voice of Sellers and team.
- Business Planning: Conduct deep dives to understand root causes of team performance and actions to accelerate growth.
- Knowledge Sharing: Share learnings with global counterparts (ME, EU, US, and Asia teams) to drive best practices and identify new opportunities.
