We are looking for a Sales Account Manager position in Riyadh to help manage our growing business.

Our growing company in Saudi has a new opportunity for an individual who loves a fast-paced and exciting environment.

The main responsibilities are to continue the development of our activity in Saudi and promote our brand with new prospects.

You will be working closely with our Sales Director. Your role will be to find new ways to market and how to differentiate ourselves from the competition.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Consistently identify, suggest, and win new business from new and existing customers
  2. Achieve individual target revenue and profit margin target on a quarterly basis
  3. Ensure customers receive prompt and professional advice in all inquiries
  4. Ensure constant up-to-date reporting about the status of all opportunities through the relevant tools
  5. Manage, maintain, and update tangible pipeline during the sales cycle
  6. Take ownership of own accounts and ultimate responsibility for all issues involving them
  7. Assist the technical team in rolling out new contracts in a timely manner
  8. Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
  9. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  10. Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  11. Forecast and track key account metrics
  12. Enhance department and organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  13. Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis

Job requirements:

  1. Previous B2B sales experience, minimum 3 years required
  2. Experience in selling hardware services is preferred (servers, storage, and networks environment)
  3. System Integrator experience is preferred
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with people at all levels
  5. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
  6. Highly self-motivated and proactive, with strong problem-solving skills
  7. Positive, results-driven attitude with the ability to work within a team
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management
  9. Demonstrated experience in achieving targets
  10. Must be an Arabic speaker

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  2. IT degree could be relevant
