Responsibilities:
Contract Management and Administration:
- Monitor contract performance and compliance throughout the lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and facilitate renewals.
- Provide guidance on contractual requirements to internal teams.
Client Engagement and Satisfaction:
- Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as a strategic advisor.
- Monitor client satisfaction and drive initiatives for service improvement.
- Foster effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Implement tools for capturing and analyzing client feedback and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy development.
- Escalate service issues to ensure timely resolution.
Business Development and Growth:
- Collaborate internally to identify expansion opportunities with existing clients.
- Promote additional services to maximize revenue potential.
- Mentor and develop a team of Coordinators and Account Managers.
- Set performance expectations and conduct regular evaluations.
Market Analysis and Quality Management:
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Knowledge:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
Skills:
- Strong stakeholder management and networking skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience:
- Proven track record in client management with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in public sector and government contracting.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
