The Role

Based in Riyadh, the Sales & Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with key clients in the aviation sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in developing sales strategies, expanding the company's market reach, and ensuring consistent revenue growth across various aviation segments.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to expand the company's market share within private and commercial aviation.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline of clients across corporate, government, and high-net-worth sectors.
  3. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, aviation service providers, and VIP clientele.
  4. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure seamless service delivery for clients.
  5. Work closely with senior leadership to align regional sales strategies with broader business goals.
  6. Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.

What We're Looking For

  1. 3-5 years of experience in aviation sales, private aviation, or related industries.
  2. Strong knowledge of the Saudi aviation market and key industry players.
  3. A proven track record in business development, sales strategy execution, and revenue growth.
  4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with high-profile clients and senior decision-makers.
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment while maintaining a client-first approach.
  6. Fluency in Arabic is essential; English proficiency required.
