Manager - Commercial Planning (Sales Effectiveness)

As a Manager Strategy and Planning, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to sales and other business teams by supporting the development and implementation of a Sales Excellence Plan. Additionally, you will assist in the formulation of frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure continuous business improvement and business success. You will also lead end-to-end monitoring and reporting of sales and other team performances and provide functional support where necessary.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Data Analysis and Insights:- Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Help stakeholders make the right commercial decisions at the right time.
- Work closely with sales leadership to improve the performance of the sales staff.
- Provide systems and data-related coaching for better utilization of tech resources.
- Share Training Need Requirements with the training department for performance improvement.
- Write clear and well-structured business requirements and documentation.
- Communicate and validate requirements with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee system deployments and conduct system testing.
- Set targets and conduct commercial planning for the sales department.
- Influence stakeholders to support business projects.
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements.
- Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance.
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- BS(Hons) degree required.
- 8+ years of experience in data analysis, sales effectiveness, and commercial.
- Preferably an understanding of digital marketplaces and how they operate.
- Familiarity with sales operations and experience in implementation of cross-functional projects.
