- Manage inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information to the caller, catering to all the necessary inquiries.
- Elaborate on the features, specifications, and details of the company's product to convert potential prospects into consumers.
- Contribute to the company's growth by improving the number of connections using pleasant and informative conversations.
- Maintain necessary call log details using the latest technology available in the company's cloud or digital database.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by reducing call waiting time and offering a delightful telephonic conversation.
Skills
- Previous experience in a customer support role.
- Adept in handling different functions of the telephone along with fluent spoken skills.
- High efficiency in handling several tasks in the daily routine.
- Fluent command of computer technologies and basic operations for conducting assigned tasks productively.
- Good command of effective negotiations with a knack for explaining all the benefits of a product or service.
- Positive outlook towards suggestions from management related to required improvements.
- English proficiency.
