Job Overview
The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Sitech's business growth by identifying new opportunities, fostering client relationships, and bridging the gap between our innovative digital solutions and client needs. This role requires a strong understanding of business development, digital products, and software development processes, as well as the ability to navigate the challenges of today's competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of Sitech's offerings, including custom software development, digital product design, and related services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients and presenting Sitech's value propositions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges and aligning Sitech's solutions to meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to ensure client requirements are accurately translated into project deliverables.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and discussions to showcase how Sitech's solutions address client challenges.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent Sitech at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the software development or IT services industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of custom software development, digital product design, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Experience managing multiple clients simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
  • Familiarity with software development and delivery processes, as well as basic software engineering principles.
  • Experience building and delivering RFP responses in both Arabic and English.
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and time management skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and deliver tailored solutions to client needs.
