Customer Experience Manager (CXM)

We are currently looking to hire a Customer Experience Manager. The Customer Experience Manager (CEM) is responsible for overseeing and improving the customer service operations and customer journey across all touchpoints within the company. The CEM drives strategic initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 4 years of experience in customer service or customer experience management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing customer service teams and improving customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Experience in retail or e-commerce environments is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of company policies, procedures, and operations.
