Responsibilities:

  1. Build client relationships and monitor a team while collaborating with senior leadership (Business Lead / CEO), various departments of the agency (creative, strategy, production), and other potential partners from Publicis Group (media, Vertical, Epsilon, Sapient).
  2. Ensure the smooth development of brand strategies and integrated communication, translating business needs to creative challenges and ensuring timely delivery milestones.
  3. Identify and develop opportunities to drive new business proposals involving group capabilities.
  4. Inspire, mentor, and guide the career development of junior team members.
  5. Lead the entire development of end-to-end campaigns in collaboration with the agency's departments (strategy, creative services, production) and, when required, with other Publicis Group teams such as media, Publicis Content, Data & Sciences, e-commerce, Sapient, or Epsilon.
  6. Develop, lead, and own the agreed SOW per client.
  7. Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients and work with a wide spectrum of clients.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 8 years' experience in a related field (communication, digital, or marketing).
