Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at almajal company, a leading provider of comprehensive facility management services. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and securing new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and providing tailored facility management solutions. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of facility management services, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Consultative Sales: Assess client needs and offer customized facility management solutions, including services such as cleaning, maintenance, security, HVAC, landscaping, and more.
- Sales Presentations & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, addressing their needs and demonstrating the value of the company's services.
- Sales Targets & Reporting: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Contract Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining profitability for the company.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation of services post-sale and address any client concerns or issues.
- Customer Support: Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and engage key stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
- Knowledge of facility management practices.
- A minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience, with a focus on relationship-building and business development.
