ACCESS PT is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Full-Time Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team at Schervier Pavilion in Warwick, NY. We are looking for a flexible candidate to work 30 or 40 hours/week between the hours of 8:00am to The flexibility to work 1-2 weekend days/month for 4-6 hours is a plus

Physical Therapist Day-to-Day:
  • Building meaning connection with patients
  • Developing customized plans of care based on the most up-to-date, evidence-based practices & treatments
  • Provide timely communication with referral sources, patients, & leaders
  • Set and achieve professional goals and career goals
Physical Therapist Requirements:
  • Physical Therapist, current or pending, license in the State of New York
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited physical therapy program
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Authorization to work in the - will assist with H1 visa transfer
