Role Overview:
As the NEOM Center of Excellence Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and activities of our newly established center of excellence in NEOM. This role requires a strong leader with a background in construction technology and project management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies managing a team of professionals and ensuring the success of the center.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the construction industry with a focus on technology and project management
Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of the latest advancements in construction technology
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Familiarity with NEOM and its development plans is an advantage
Fluency in English and Arabic
