Join our amazing Category Management team at Sary as the **Head of Pricing** and play a pivotal role in driving our success. Your mission will be to maximize our sales contribution margin by leading the analysis of pricing trends, customer segment price-discount elasticity, and competitive landscape. You will implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue, margins, and overall profitability, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, merchandising, and finance to ensure alignment with our business strategy.

**Requirements**:

- Analyze pricing trends to identify opportunities for innovative pricing models and strategies that optimize revenue and profitability.
- Conduct a comprehensive analysis of price elasticity across different customer segments to maximize profitability and market share.
- Gather market intelligence through competitive analysis, ensuring our price competitiveness and driving increased sales.
- Develop and implement tailored pricing strategies for various product categories and customer segments, finding the right balance between market demand and profitability.
- Collaborate closely with Growth, Category, Marketing, and S&OP teams to align pricing decisions with our overall business strategy.
- Ensure accurate and efficient implementation of pricing plans and changes, monitoring their effectiveness and making adjustments as needed.
- Provide regular reporting on pricing performance, analyzing results, and recommending adjustments to achieve financial targets.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure pricing decisions align with our financial objectives and targets.
- Effectively communicate pricing decisions and strategies to internal stakeholders, fostering a shared understanding and commitment to our pricing initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on pricing-related matters, including contracts, ad-hoc purchases, and new product development.

**Qualifications**:

- Possess 5+ years of experience in a pricing role, preferably in eCommerce or startup environments.
- Hold a Master's or advanced degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field, demonstrating a solid academic foundation.
- Proficient in pricing optimization techniques, tools, and software to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Experienced in conducting A/B testing and utilizing experimentation methodologies to refine pricing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and expertise in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL to extract valuable insights and make informed pricing decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of pricing strategies and methodologies, keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities with a strong sense of urgency.
- Demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
