**Key Responsibilities**:
**Account Management**: Serve as the primary point of contact for school partnerships, managing day-to-day relationships with school administrators and decision-makers to ensure smooth and efficient implementation of educational programs for students.

**Student Support**: Oversee the enrollment and progress of students, providing support and guidance throughout their learning journey. Ensure timely and effective communication between schools, students, and other stakeholders.

**Customer Service**: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure that all customer service needs are met. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting as required to enhance the experience of partner schools and students.

**On-site Visits**: Conduct regular visits to partner schools in Riyadh, building personal relationships with staff and faculty to promote collaboration and address any challenges or opportunities for improvement.

**Problem Resolution**: Proactively address any issues or concerns raised by schools or students, working closely with internal teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

**Qualifications**:
**Nationality: Saudi only**

**Experience**: Previous experience in education, account management, or customer support, particularly in a school or educational institution.

**Driving License**: A valid driver’s license is required as the role involves regular travel to schools in Riyadh.

**Skills**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.

Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.

Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

**Knowledge**: Familiarity with educational programs, online learning platforms, and Zendesk is an advantage.

**Location**: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
