Job Title: Key Account Manager

Company: ATD&D (Interior Design and Construction)

Job Summary:
ATD&D is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager with a strong engineering background to oversee our most valued clients in the interior design and construction sectors. This role involves building and maintaining strategic client relationships, understanding technical and engineering aspects of projects, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The Key Account Manager will act as a bridge between clients and ATD&D’s design and engineering teams, ensuring seamless communication and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and strengthen relationships with key clients, particularly on technical and engineering aspects of projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact, ensuring deep understanding of clients’ technical needs and project requirements.

2. Technical Project Planning and Coordination:

- Develop detailed project plans, incorporating engineering requirements to ensure structural integrity, safety, and efficiency.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to align client needs with ATD&D’s standards and capabilities.
- Anticipate potential technical challenges, offering proactive solutions to meet project goals.

3. Sales and Revenue Growth:

- Drive growth within assigned accounts by identifying additional service opportunities and communicating ATD&D’s engineering and design expertise.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals tailored to clients’ engineering and design needs.
- Negotiate project contracts and ensure clarity on technical specifications and requirements.

4. Project Monitoring and Quality Assurance:

- Oversee project performance to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, quality standards, and timelines.
- Track and report key performance metrics, including budget alignment, project timelines, and technical milestones.
- Utilize CRM and project management tools to maintain accurate records and provide timely updates.

5. Industry and Technical Expertise:

- Stay up-to-date on engineering developments, construction trends, and industry best practices.
- Provide clients with insights on the latest engineering innovations and sustainable practices in interior design and construction.

6. Problem Solving and Issue Resolution:

- Address technical challenges and client concerns with effective problem-solving.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and project teams to resolve project issues and maintain client satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a client-facing engineering role, ideally within the interior design or construction industry.
- Strong technical understanding of engineering principles, project management, and construction standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Proficiency in CRM software and project management tools.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and familiarity with construction project management.
- Demonstrated experience managing high-value, engineering-focused accounts.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
