**Description**
- Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Gather feedback from clients and share it with the relevant teams to continuously improve company’s products and services.
- Oversee the renewal and negotiation of client contracts to ensure alignment with business goals and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and account details in the CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized and accredited institution.
- 1-3 years of experience in account management or business development role handling multiple accounts.
- Native-level fluency in both written and spoken Arabic, with a strong understanding of local dialects and cultural nuances in KSA.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- People oriented with skills in relationship management and negotiations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Competent with Microsoft office tools, excel, powerpoint and word in particular.
- Familiarity with revenue, costs and profits calculation.
