Manage the government affairs department that will heavily impact the business results and anchor the company reputation within our industry/ country. Builds and sustains a company's reputation for quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. Partner with external stakeholders to drive our business agenda and secure the buy in from critical, governmental stakeholders. Ensure securing the government full support to our initiative and be able to influence certain decisions by providing our industry expertise as we are a key player in our industry.
Nurture a strong industry network and increase sector and government awareness. Supports communication plans that target different members of the financial community and supports press releases about events that influence the company's financial position, such as new product releases, acquisitions, major investments or senior executive appointment.

**Accountabilities**
- Build strong relationships with governmental stakeholders: MOH, SFDA, MHRSD, MOC, COC etc. Represent the company in stakeholders, government meetings, conferences, and committees.
- Managing governmental organizations’ enquiries and attending the regulatory discussions.
- Act as the company SPOC regarding new regulations impacting our industry.
- Proactively obtain saving opportunities by utilizing government support programs/initiatives.
- Supports communication strategies to ensure the organization's relationships with shareholders that reflect positively on the company's stock price.
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and press tours.
- Build governmental stakeholder awareness about the company as part of securing the company reputation and image.
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships and sponsorships on an on-going basis.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build business awareness and get governmental authorities support.

**Customer Relation Management**:

- Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer
- relations programs’ concepts, strategy and implementation a plan to ensure long term positive relationships with governmental authorities and investors in the future.

**Department Management**:

- Develop the department’s KPIs through cascading the division’s SMART objectives and monitoring the implementation to ensure the achievement of the set KPIs.
- Build the business acumen and awareness with related internal and externa stakeholders.
- Manage indirect supervision with internal stakeholders based on the project/tasks required.

Employee’s duties are not limited only to the above-mentioned Accountabilities; he/she may perform other duties as assigned.

- Indoors : 50%
- Outdoors : 50%
- Working Days : 5 Working Days
- Days off : 2 Days Off
- Working Hours : 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1 hour break)

**Job Requirement**

**Education**
- Bachelor/Master degree in PR, Journalism, advertising, business, marketing or related field

**Experience**
- 7-10 Years of Experience required in PR, marketing, event planning or related field
- 4 years in a Managerial Position
- A proven track record of successful maintenance of customer relationship
- Familiar with different governmental entities and worked either directly or in directly with at least one entity
- Good understanding of governmental entities dynamics and way of work
- Preferred: leading corporate campaigns that require dealing with governmental entities

- MS Office Suite
