**عن الدور**

سيكون مندوب المبيعات في GMG مسؤولًا عن منتجات وخدمات العملاء بهدف تحقيق فرص المبيعات وتقديم خدمة استثنائية.

**المسؤوليات الأساسية**:

- يصف ميزات المنتج وفوائده ؛ يوضح استخدام ومعالجة المنتج
- يوعِّي العملاء على معايير ومواصفات جودة العلامات التجارية
- يُقدم نصائح للعملاء بشأن تشكيلة المنتجات التي تناسب احتياجاتهم ؛ يجيب على استفسارات العملاء لمساعدتهم في اتخاذ قرار الشراء
- يقدم معلومات للعملاء حول الضمانات والميزات والمواصفات والصيانة والعناية بالمنتجات.
- يضمن تلبية احتياجات العملاء ، وحل الشكاوى (أو تصعيدها) ، وتقديم خدمة عملاء استثنائية المستوى
- يحافظ على وعيه تجاه إطلاقات المنتجات الجديدة والمناسبات الترويجية والمبيعات
- يحقق هدف المبيعات باستخدام تقنيات البيع والرفع بيع المنتجات الإضافية
- يضمن دقة الترويج والتسعير وفقًا لمعايير وسياسات الشركة
- يلتقط أسعار البيع والخصومات حسب الاقتضاء. يحافظ على سجلات المبيعات
- يستلم ويعالج النقدية ، ويقوم بتغييرات ومدفوعات الائتمان ، وينشئ فواتير وسندات استلام
- يعمل كأمين نقدي ويظل دقيقًا في التعامل مع الأموال (في حالة الاقتضاء)
- يتبع إجراءات ما بعد البيع في المتجر ويضمن الالتزام الكامل بسياسات وإجراءات إصلاح / إرجاع الشركة
- يلتزم بمنع الفاقد ، ويضبط جرد المخزون وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية للشركة
- يقدم المساعدة في ترتيب المنتجات الموضوعة والترتيب في المتجر
- يضمن تحقيق أعلى معايير النظافة وآداب التجميل في المتجر في جميع الأوقات

**الإدارة الذاتية**:

- يحدد أهداف الأداء في بداية العام في مناقشة مع مديره ويضمن تحقيق الأهداف خلال العام
- يتحمل مسؤولية جدولة تطويره الشخصي من خلال تحديد احتياجات التطوير بالتشاور مع المدير والاتفاق على خطة التطوير الفردية التي تتجاوز مجرد التدريب والتطوير
- يبقى على اطلاع دائم على التطورات المهنية والتقنيات الجديدة والقضايا الحالية من خلال التعليم المستمر والنمو المهني
